For Cartridge-Based Games (SNES, N64, Game Boy, etc.):

• Boxed (Complete): Cartridge with box and manual (if available)
• Cartridge Only: Just the cartridge, no box or extras

For Disc-Based Games (PlayStation, Xbox, etc.):

• Excellent: Boxed with manual, no tears or rips on box or manual
• Good: Boxed with manual, box and manual may have some light damage
• Acceptable: Either boxed with no manual, poor condition box, or no manual included

General Quality Standards:

• All games are tested for functionality regardless of condition rating
• Condition descriptions are provided honestly and reflect the actual state of items

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

• Free standard delivery on orders over £30 to UK addresses

5. Product Warranty

TechnicallyRetro provides a comprehensive 6-month warranty on all retro gaming products to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Warranty Coverage

• Duration: 6 months from date of delivery
• Console Functionality: All consoles warranted to power on and play games properly
• Game Functionality: All games warranted to load and play without major defects
• Controller Functionality: All buttons, directional controls, and connections warranted to work
• Cable and Accessory Functionality: All included cables and accessories warranted to function as intended

Warranty Process

• Contact us within 6 months of purchase with order number and description of issue
• We will provide prepaid return shipping for warranty claims
• Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functionality issues, not cosmetic wear
• Items must be returned in same condition as received (no additional damage)

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues not affecting functionality
• Items purchased "as-is" or specifically noted as having defects
• Damage from shipping after warranty period begins
• Items damaged by customer after delivery

The Player Guild is TechnicallyRetro's loyalty membership program with specific terms and conditions. By joining the Player Guild, you agree to the following:

Membership Tiers & Benefits

• Bronze Tier: Starting membership with standard benefits
• Silver Tier: Automatic upgrade at £200 total spending with enhanced benefits
• Gold Tier: Automatic upgrade at £500 total spending with premium benefits
• Tier benefits include discounts, shipping thresholds, monthly deals, and loyalty point multipliers
• Tier status is calculated based on cumulative purchase history and cannot be transferred

Loyalty Points System

• Welcome Bonus: 1000 FREE loyalty points awarded upon signup, activated with first purchase of £19.99 or more
• Point Value: 1 loyalty point = £0.01 (1% cashback system)
• Earning Rate: 1 point per £1 spent on eligible purchases with tier multipliers (Bronze: 1x, Silver: 2x, Gold: 3x)

Termination

TechnicallyRetro may terminate Player Guild membership for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of program benefits. Upon termination, all accumulated loyalty points and tier benefits are forfeited.

All retro gaming products are carefully inspected and authenticity verified. Condition ratings are provided for pre-owned items:

• Mint: Near-perfect condition with minimal wear
• Excellent: Very good condition with light wear
• Good: Functional with moderate wear
• Fair: Functional with significant wear
